Shipping and Store Policies

Payment

All payments for items you wish to buy on our store should be made through one of the payment options available upon check-out: PayPal, BDO or BPI over-the-counter payment.

 

PayPal:

Simply enter your PayPal account details. No PayPal account? No problem! 🙂 You may sign in to PayPal as guest and still use your credit card to pay for your order.

 

BDO or BPI:

You may pay for your purchase via over-the-counter payment. Just go to the nearest BPI or BDO and fill-out a deposit slip. Here are the account details:

BPI: Savings Account  3539-0369-03 (Sharon Gozo)

For customers outside of the Philippines who wish to settle payment via bank transfer, kindly use the following swift codes for the payment:
BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) – BOPIPHMM
BDO (Banco de Oro) – BNORPHMM

Your order will be reserved under your name for 24 hours. Your order will be shipped once your payment has been cleared by the bank. Please email [email protected] with a picture/scanned copy of the deposit slip.

Shipping

Your items will be shipped via Xend, Fastrack or another local courier.

We ship an order once payment has been completed and confirmed.

Shipping within Metro Manila takes around 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping outside Metro Manila takes around 5 to 7 business days.

International shipping is done via Xend Express for small products and this takes 7-15 business days. For Canopy orders, we use the Express Mail Service (EMS) of Philpost and this takes 5-10 business days. If EMS is not available for your country, we use Air Mail service and this takes 10-20 business days.

Please note that should you be charged customs fees/local duties and taxes, you will have to shoulder these charges.

Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation from us once your order has been successfully processed and shipped. We will be sending you the Tracking Number so you can monitor the delivery of your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

We consider all sales final so please choose your merchandise carefully. We make sure that the products shipped to you are in good condition and according to your order.
