A Tropical Princess Room by Divine Lee Go (@divinemlee)

Living in the city, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with all the hustle and bustle around you. Sometimes, all we need is a little bit of nature to create a place of ease and inspiration. Bringing a sense of the outdoors into our homes is a great way to encourage our kids to engage in indoor adventures, especially during a time when it is recommended to stay at home.

When creating Magical Spaces for our children, we should not limit ourselves to traditional or typical design principles. In fact, it is the best place to play around and mix different design styles. For her daughter Blanca, Divine Lee Go @divinemlee combined raw wooden furniture, pink botanical prints and soft refined elements for a Tropical Princess style room.

We love how she installed our Dreamy Chandeliers in Champagne by Blanca’s bedside. Apart from complimenting the visuals on the wallpaper, the delicate braided tulle material creates softness in the space when placed against the rawness of her bamboo furniture.

A reading nook in a big room can serve as another place to retreat in. Divine used our Dreamy Canopy with Mini Pom-poms Garland and hung on top of this bamboo seat to provide Blanca with a special corner to inspire her reading time.

Thank you for inspiring us with this indoor oasis, Divine!
