PAYMENT

PayPal

You may use your credit card or debit card via PayPal. Simply enter your PayPal account details and you’re ready to go. If you don’t have a PayPal account, just register on the site and link your credit card or debit card details and then check out. Don’t worry, this is completely safe!

Bank Deposit / GCash / Dragonpay / Paynamics

This option is only available for Philippine customers. You may pay for your order via online/mobile transfer or over-the-counter payment. Available options are Dragonpay and Paynamics. 

Your order will be reserved under your name within the time period specified by your payment option. Your order will be shipped once your payment has been cleared by the bank. 

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the world via DHL. Packages that are on hand are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after order placement. If a product is on Pre-Order, it will be shipped after the specified number of pre-order days. Should there be a delay in shipping, we will notify you via email.

*Shipping Considerations due to Covid-19 Quarantine

Because of Covid-19, the whole country was placed under community quarantine. This has affected our workshop hours, fabric shipment, and shipping schedule. We ask for your patience and understanding should there be some delays with the processing and shipping of your order. Rest assured that we are taking all necessary steps to ensure your safety through the safe handling of our products.

Philippines

We provide free shipping for orders worth PhP 3,000 and up. For orders worth P2,999 and below, there’s a flat shipping fee of PhP 250 for those in NCR and Calabarzon, and P350 for the rest of Luzon and VisMin.  You will get your package within 1 to 7 business days post ship date.  There may be some delays with the shipping due to the General Community Quarantine.

Brazil, Venezuela, India

We have experienced some problems shipping to these countries due to unpredictable Customs practices. If you are from any of these countries and wish to order our products, kindly email [email protected].

Russia

You may order from our stockist in Russia, www.babyroomsleep.ru

Everywhere Else

If your order is on hand, we should be able to ship right away via DHL and you should get it within 3 to 7 business days post ship date. Your shipping fee will be computed upon check out, once you have entered your shipping address, and before payment confirmation. However, if you want to make sure, feel free to message [email protected] and we can double check your shipping fee.

Customs

Each country has a different set of rules regarding international shipment. Should your local customs decide to charge you additional fees, duties and taxes, you will have to shoulder these charges.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an order confirmation from us once your order has been successfully processed and shipped. We will be sending you the Tracking Number so you can monitor the status of your package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We make sure that the products shipped to you are in good condition and according to your order. We can accept returns and exchange for full-priced products only, within 7 days of purchase (Day 1 is when the order was received based on the courier status report). The products to be returned and exchanged have to be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all the original tags in place. Products have to be in their original packaging as well. Shipping fees for the product being returned, as well as the replacement, are to be shouldered by the customer. There is also a replacement fee of P300 to cover handling, packaging and transaction fees. Spinkie reserves the right to decide whether the product is indeed eligible for return and exchange, that is the product is unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with all tags in place.

Products bought during a promotion (i.e. sale, free shipping, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We also cannot accept returns and exchanges for the following products due to health reasons: hair accessories and undergarments (dresses with bloomers)
